Olympic Style program is dedicated to training and molding students into fighting champions at the State, National, and International level. Lead by Former U.S. National Champion Master Ramirez, members will learn the "Progression" method of Taekwondo sparring. Students will perform practice drills and have actual sparring sessions, as well as frequent practice with the "Daedo" electronic scoring system. Training is fast paced and focused on strategy, mental training, and physical conditioning.

Tae Kwon Do is a traditional martial art from Korea dating back to ancient times. Tae Kwon Do is known for its amazing kicks, traditional forms, and is an official Olympic Sport. Its governing body is the World Taekwondo Federation in Seoul, South Korea. In addition to being a full-body workout, Tae kwon Do prides itself in developing character in its practitioners.

Little Tigers Taekwondo is a designed class for 4-7 year old's. It combines beginner martial arts with gross motor development. From learning jumping and kicking skills, to practicing taking turns and waiting in line, we cover a multitude of age appropriate activities. Each child gets individualized and group attention. Our Little Tigers graduates not only succeed in our Tae kwon do program, but have also developed the physical skills & coordination to succeed in other sports as well!
The Korean word "poom-sae" means a "form" or "pattern of movements." It is actually a planned series of movements that combines the physical skills (such as blocks, strikes, kicks, stances and more) with the mental skills (such as balance, coordination, discipline, strategy, focus and more). The target of these movements is an imaginary opponent of the practitioner's own size.
One-Steps are self defense movements designed to introduce students to practical application of techniques. They teach basic block & counter techniques, targeting, distancing, angles and follow up.
